Position Overview
Production Associates bottle, package and label finished products according to product & packaging specifications. Operate and maintain fill stations and work with other team members to meet weekly production goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operate fill stations and equipment as assigned
- Gather correct bottles, labels, caps and other packaging according to product specifications
- Accurately prepare and complete various paperwork as required
- Follow and adhere to cleanroom procedures and guidelines
- Perform clean up duties
- Safely lift and maneuver mixing vats at full capacity (400 – 500 lbs.) using dollies and pallet jacks
- Properly wash empty vats (approx. 20 lbs. when empty) and clean pump, nozzles and hoses as assigned
- Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with such position and as assigned to you from time to time
- Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s values
Is this role for you?
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory results of a background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities
- A commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Experience with forklift and electric pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to work standard hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
