As a Forklift Driver, you will play an essential part in supporting the movement, storage, and handling of products within our warehouse, ensuring that goods flow seamlessly from receipt to shipment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Transport pallets, containers, and packaged goods to designated storage locations or loading docks, following proper safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, trailers, and containers, ensuring products are handled with care to minimize damage during transportation.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections, including battery checks, fluid levels, and operational safety checks; report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues promptly.
  • Support warehouse operations by staging orders, replenishing pick areas, and ensuring inventory is stored orderly and accessible.
  • Verify product labels, quantities, and conditions when moving stock; report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories by transporting goods to and from inventory count areas as needed.
  • Keep work areas, aisles, and loading docks clean and free of debris to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse associates and supervisors to fulfill operational needs and support team objectives.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures, company policies, and all relevant safety rules and regulations.
  • Immediately report all incidents, accidents, and injuries to the lead person or supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills
  • Valid forklift operator certification/license required.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work area.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret product labels, pick tickets, and other warehouse documentation.
  • Physical activities required include but are not limited to bending, carrying, climbing, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, seeing, standing, sitting, twisting, and walking.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed inside a heated but un-air-conditioned warehouse; may be exposed to cold, heat, damp, or humid conditions.
  • Frequent operation around moving machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks; exposure to exhaust fumes, paper dust, and noise.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols is required at all times.
