Little Falls, MN | $24.35 – $26.68/hour | Full-Time | Day Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trained Medical Assistant (TMA) to join our team and provide safe, effective medication administration and resident care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately under the direction of nursing staff.
Observe, document, and report residents’ responses to medications and treatments.
Assist with resident care activities and support residents’ comfort and dignity.
Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in team collaboration to ensure high-quality resident care.
What We’re Looking For
Nursing Assistant Registered on the MN State Registry in good standing.
Completion of the MDH-approved Medication Administration Program for Unlicensed Personnel.
CPR certification (current).
At least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a compassionate attitude.
