Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize shipping and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate product dispatch.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators for shipping efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for all shipments.
- Make informed decisions to address shipping issues such as delays and inventory shortages.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding shipping requirements and expectations.
- Ensure shipments meet customer expectations for quality and delivery timeliness.
Requirements
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in shipping software and logistics systems.
- Strong communication skills.
