LCSW/ LMFT salary range $38- $42 per hour
pre-licensed clinicians $32 - $35 per hour

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

• Participates in daily, weekly, and/or monthly rehabilitative and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss residents’
  therapy progression.
• Facilitates 1:1 therapy sessions with residents.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving needs and goals.
• Facilitates, serves, attends or participates in various committees of the facility as necessary.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members through scheduled, deliberate positive interactions with them using face to face, phone, or other means of communication.
• Promotes safe work practices, safety rules, and accident prevention procedures to prevent resident/employee injury and illness.
• Establishes a culture of compliance by adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Complies with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines, and relevant practice act(s).
• Reports work-related injuries and illnesses immediately to designated staff member.
• Successfully relays information concerning residents, employees or any given subject matter.
• Possesses leadership, supervisory skills and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
• Immediately reports to Supervisor any patient incidents/variances or complaints.
• Adheres to Agency standards and consistently interprets and accurately performs all assigned responsibilities.
• Complies with facility policies and procedures for appropriately documenting, billing and coding for residents receiving speech language pathology and audiology services.
• Reports all incomplete work assignments to Supervisor.
• Demonstrates effective time management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine
• Maintains clean and neat work environment.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making.
• Participates with all other health care personnel in patient care planning.
• Directs and supervises assistant (RBT, Behavior Technician) personnel as required.
• With the Supervisor, instructs patients and family/significant others in home programs and protocols. 
• Attends all staff meetings and patient care conferences as scheduled.
• Provides instruction to patient/family in-home program with documentation in medical record notes.
