What You’ll Do

As a Warranty Analyst, you’ll play a key role in closing warranty repair orders and filing warranty claims accurately and efficiently. You will:

  • Process completed invoices from branches, customers, and fleets for OEM reimbursement.
  • Review invoices to ensure all applicable charges (labor, parts, oil, antifreeze, sublets) are applied.
  • Code claims according to vendor requirements.
  • Enter warranty repair information into the Warranty Management Database System.
  • Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor claim requirements.
  • Act as liaison between branch locations and OEMs.
  • Prepare and track part return information.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Process credit statements and submit to accounting for posting.
  • Provide clerical assistance across departments as needed.
  • Attend and lead OEM certification trainings and meetings.
  • Travel as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area.
  • Promote and adhere to all health and safety policies.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to walk and frequently stand
  • Occasionally required to lift/move up to 50 lbs
