Hope College Dining Services is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our diverse team of professionals that provide delicious, sustainable, and nutritious food to over 3000 students. Hope College is located in downtown Holland, MI.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work your scheduled shift, attending work in your proper uniform
  
• Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule & proper portion control
• Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service such as scheduling, supervising, and conflict resolution
• Chairing and organizing safety committee meetings. Post minutes and submit copies to managers when complete
• Assist with special events, decorating the FOH, and catering events as assigned
• Reads all items routinely posted for your benefit, as well as safety, sanitation guidelines and laws
• All other duties as assigned by management
