Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Administrative Assistant to

support the CEO of two Houston-based businesses. This role provides a unique opportunity to work

closely with a Senior Executive across a broad range of professional, personal, and

investment-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be early in their career, eager to

learn, and motivated to develop strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedules, and email communications.

• Maintain task and project lists across multiple business and personal initiatives; ensure

timely follow-up and completion.

• Collect, track, and organize investment documentation (including K-1s and other financial

records).

• Assist in drafting and synthesizing investor updates and communications.

• Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through on projects.

• Conduct research and prepare concise briefs to support business, investment, and travel

decisions.

• Provide personal support including local errands and in-person tasks as needed.

• Assist with planning and logistics for personal, family, and professional events.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with productivity, communication, and collaboration software tools.

• Empathy, discretion, and ability to read and respond to people and situations

appropriately.

• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new areas.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Must be based in Houston, TX; proximity to central Houston is a plus.
