The Client Specialist is a vital member of the Triage team and is responsible for assisting the Client Manager in the coordination and management of day to day internal operations. This role primarily focuses on administrative tasks related to candidate recruitment, collaboration with client management, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the healthcare staffing team. The Client Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Managers and Recruitment team to deliver exceptional service to clients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Core Functions & Responsibilities
- Work directly with Recruitment Teams and Client Mangers to develop and build internal relationships.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to match suitable candidates with job openings based on client requirements.
- Assist with client confirmations as needed.
- Become an expert on client details and requirements to ensure standards are met for submissions.
- Create, review and revise submission profiles and manage HCP submittal through quality checks.
- Ensure speed to market with timely submissions and accuracy to client.
- Provide timely feedback on submissions and redirect options to the recruitment floor.
- Assist as needed with follow up on HCP submittal to the client.
- Functions as the key contract for Recruiters regarding submission statuses.
- Proactively “Cross Sell” candidates for openings across all job orders at Triage
- Proactively communicate submittal rejection trends to identify opportunities for additional recruitment training/team growth.
- Utilize knowledge of MSPs and VMS systems to review job orders entered by data & quality assurance coordinators and to check accuracy and assist when needed.
- Client Specialist will act as a second set of eyes for the client manager, monitoring communications to ensure timely handling and staying informed about current and prospective TOA.
- Support the Client Manager in creating and distributing job send-outs to the recruitment team as needed, ensuring that priority openings, updated submission requirements, and rate changes are communicated to the floor promptly and clearly.

- The minimum education required for this position is an associate degree.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
