Position: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: San Diego 
Schedule: Full-Time, M - F: 8am - 4pm
Compensation: Annual Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

Associates in Family Medicine is a well-established, patient-centered private practice that has proudly served the San Diego community for over 15 years. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality medical care in an environment defined by compassion, trust, and innovation. We provide comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages and are committed to making care accessible, affordable, and comfortable. As a smaller practice, we prioritize meaningful patient relationships while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our team. Our providers typically see 18–20 patients per day and utilize Epic EMR to support efficient, coordinated, and high-quality care delivery.
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: NP or equivalent PA degree
  • Licensure: Active California license (NP or PA)
  • Board Certification: In Family Medicine (or board-eligible)
  • Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
