We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Producer to join our Media Production team. This in-house role will serve as a bridge between our creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners, ensuring content and campaigns are executed seamlessly—from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for creative detail, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Producer will oversee an in-house production team and will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and delivering photo and video content that aligns with social media strategies and brand goals.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate the in-house production team to deliver high-quality social media content across photo and video formats.
• Partner with the Creative and Social Media teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand priorities.
• Collaborate with the Social team to gather campaign ideas and trend predictions, ensuring timely integration into production planning.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive production shoot calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and deadlines.
• Oversee and manage model casting and hiring for pre-budgeted content shoots.
• Monitor product photography and content shoots, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with creative direction.
• Coordinate UGC content production shot in-studio with macro and nano influencers.
• Manage ad-hoc creative requests and support project management for campaigns, launches, and special events.
• Oversee logistical timelines and deliverables for social-driven activations and events.
• Supervise post-production for social content, ensuring final assets meet brand standards and are delivered on schedule.
• Serve as point of contact between internal teams and external vendors/agencies for social content projects.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates to ensure clarity and accountability across stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive; you anticipate needs before they become issues.
• A problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with logistics, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Passionate about social media, storytelling, and delivering best-in-class brand content.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content production, social media, or creative project management (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Proven experience hiring and managing talent (models, influencers) for creative productions.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of best practices for content production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner with creative, marketing, and external teams.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Proficient with production tools/project management platforms (i.e., Asana).
• Experience in consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics, and luxury retail is a plus. 
• Must be able to work on-site M-F in Mar Vista, Ca. 
• Candidates must have a portfolio.

 Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $85,000 - $100,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
