You will have the advantage of being in a large international firm like Pinsents, but the intimacy of being in a balanced local team that works well together. The Team

Both nationally and locally our pensions team is highly rated with an enviable client list including PLCs, trustees of large pension schemes and large insurers. You would be joining a team with a great track record undertaking fantastic and varied work. We are first and foremost great people to work with. With a large number of juniors and a supportive and inclusive culture we aim to make working for us professionally stimulating and enjoyable.

As a pension lawyer with experience we have a clear opportunity for a lawyer to dovetail into our team structure.  You will work with a great team of juniors and the partners and support our established client service teams.  Our career progression offers the right candidate the opportunity to embed in the team and develop their career as suits their future aspirations.

As one of the largest pensions teams in a UK law firm, we have a great breadth of expertise and we have successfully future-proofed our practice by extending our work into areas that are outside of the traditional comfort zone for pension lawyers – examples of this being our high-profile DC work for pension providers and master trusts, and our ground-breaking work in relation to pension fund investment in infrastructure.  Future proofing is one thing, we also have a great list of traditional trustee clients many of whom have been with the team for a very long time as well as important new wins from other practices.   You are as likely to be advising scheme trustees as you are corporates or insurers.
