AI Solution Architect bei TestYantra Software Solutions

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-wide AI platform within the telecom sector. The role requires a strategic leader who can architect scalable solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, and translate business needs into robust AI-powered customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of AI/GenAI solutions across the enterprise.

• Define and oversee implementation of agent-based architectures using AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, and MCP.

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-powered transformation across customer and employee journeys.

• Ensure AI systems are designed with security, scalability, observability, and compliance in mind.

• Guide technical teams on best practices in MLOps, data integration, and lifecycle management.

• Present AI strategies and solutions to senior stakeholders and clients, aligning technology with business outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of AI solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in IT/Technology with 4+ years in AI/ML solution design and architecture.

• Proven experience with LLMs, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, LangGraph, MCP, RAG architectures, and MLOps.

• Strong background in enterprise architecture and integration with existing IT ecosystems.

• Telecom experience strongly preferred; other regulated/large-scale industries also considered.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to bridge technical and business domains, delivering solutions that drive ROI.
