What we achieve together

  • You will provide intelligence, insight and vision in supporting planning decisions across our entire supply chain along with reporting and critical analysis of sales performance vs. forecast to key stakeholders throughout the business.
  • You will be responsible for utilising, maintaining, and developing existing systems to produce all required sales volume forecasts that are communicated to stakeholders throughout Vaillant Group.
  • Steer commercial sales teams to produce monthly sales volume forecasts for all finished goods for all UK brands.
  • Measure the accuracy of the forecast and analyse the reasons for significant differences between actual and forecasted sales including maintain and update the forecast tool (IBP & SAP)
  • Attend monthly Sales and Operations meetings to gain an insight into the supply chain and production requirements upon the forecast.
  • Maintain close working relationships with product managers and other stakeholders in the creation of forecasts for new and obsolete products.

What makes us successful together

  • Ideally you will be educated to degree level with relevant experience creating and analysing complex forecasts in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • You’ll be a logical thinker with excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a good commercial aptitude are essential.
  • Excellent I.T. skills, with specific knowledge of MS Excel, with strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • You’ll have a proactive approach with the ability to work effectively on your own or within a small team.
  • SAP experience and Power BI skills are advantageous.
