Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HABS Associate on a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Assemble promotional input for bookings, SOP’s, MP’s, miscellaneous order forms, and bulletins.
- Generate necessary reports for suppliers and Category Managers.
- Provide support to the Item Management Team as required during peak seasons.
- Assist with trade shows as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with the rest of HABS Promotions team including a Marketing Specialist, a Senior Marketing Associate, Marketing Associate, and one other HABS Associate, while reporting into the Senior Marketing Specialist. This team strives to cultivate a culture that is collaborative, detail and deadline-oriented, and hard-working.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with Category Managers and Category Coordinators to ensure items are keyed within our systems for weekly Retail Promotions across Western Canada.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
- Have one year of relevant experience.
- Have a High School Diploma plus a recognized one-year business program.
- Are familiar with Microsoft Excel and mainframe applications.
