As a core member of our Projects and Governance team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

The Project Manager will be a key member of the Projects and Governance Team (PGT) and is responsible for the planning and execution of various strategic projects. This role will ensure the team is providing standardized project governance and that reporting, metrics, and identification and escalation of risks is occurring on a timely basis across the team’s assignments.  The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Senior Management Team to ensure a quality product is delivered to stakeholders.

Projects & Governance Team (PGT) is charged with providing multiple CFS Lines of Business units (Hedge Fund, CAIS, Private Equity, Real Assets, Investor Relations, Ancillary Services) with project management governance when executing initiatives that benefit the larger CFS Organization.  Additionally, PGT works with other CFS Divisions (Group, Bank, CGS/Mercator, Technology) as required and where initiatives cross division lines. PGT provides project governance with a structured framework and management information reporting, allowing for timely escalation of issues and risks that impact the success of the initiatives. Initiatives will include system conversions/on-boarding (BPM, Dynamo, SDLP), achieving headcount objectives (Global Location Strategy, Headcount Forecast support), client or operational transitions, and Chief of Staff Initiatives oversight. Most initiatives cross several departments and locations, with senior leadership stakeholders.
