HR Recruiter Specialist (F/M/X):

In line with our strategy and the expected growth in our MRO BU, we want to hire a new person in HR to support all hiring and recruiting processes to meet our business and operational challenges.

The person that will join our HR Team will have the following responsibilities:

HIRING AND RECRUITING

a) Define all Job Descriptions for open positions as well as publish, both internally and externally all vacancies.

b) Curricular screening.

c) Recruitment plan follow up according to organizational needs.

d) Recruitment process execution and identification of the best candidates for ITP Aero.

e) Recruitment process administrative management.

f) On boarding processes for new hires in Ajalvir plant. (Welcome, work tools, EPIs... etc)

LEARNING

a) Management and support the training plan on the site.

b) Planning of all training courses, as well as management of assistants and resources necessary to deliver the training.

ADMINISTRATION

a) Labour Contract administration

b) Link with our payroll team.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

a) Relationship management with universities and training centers.

c) Employment events and fairs

What profile are we looking for:

Education Required: Business Degree + Master in HR

Experience: At least 2 years experience in recruitment position.

High level of English and Spanish

Desirable Knowledge on SAP and SSFF.
