ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Security and Resilience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape Fever’s global approach to corporate security, risk management, and resilience. This position is designed for an experienced professional who can operate with autonomy, influence stakeholders at all levels, and ensure that risks to our corporate operations and productions are proactively managed.
This is a role that will implement frameworks but also act as an advisor, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions that strengthen Fever’s resilience. You’ll be expected to bring thought leadership, initiative, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-moving, global environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide and facilitate corporate security and risk management frameworks, including policies, protocols, and processes that scale globally.
- Deliver comprehensive intelligence-led risk assessments and resilience reviews for productions and corporate functions, ensuring actionable outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a strategic partner in crisis and incident management, supporting leadership of sensitive situations and ensuring coordinated, effective responses.
- Support duty of care and travel security frameworks, ensuring Fever staff are protected and supported across all regions.
- Contribute to Fever’s expansion efforts by proactively identifying and mitigating risks in new geographies and business models.
- Strengthen global information networks, advising on intelligence flows and cultivating partnerships across regions.
- Engage with and support colleagues, helping to elevate overall risk awareness and resilience capability within Fever.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security / intelligence / risk management.
- Working in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are highly valued.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
- High emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills, especially in sensitive or high-pressure scenarios.
- Ability to influence and build trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional time and project management skills.
This position is to cover a parental leave, with the date as soon as the successful candidate is available to maximize in-job training prior to the date the leave begins, with a prospect to grow into a permanent role thereafter.
