Veepee is looking for a Product Performance Analyst for its Front Marketing team, on the Marketing Direction. Attached to the Front Marketing Manager, the person in this position will assure the follow up of the performance (technical and business) of all Veepee sites.
Your main role will be to ensure the analysis of customer data and bring the proper level of recommendations and answers to the Front & SEO teams.
We are expecting you to propose new axes of analysis and bring new ideas; to share your results and learnings to the different stakeholders through relevant, easy to understand and catchy presentations; to participate in the optimization of the customer journey on all the Veepee sites according to the shared learnings.
🎯 TASKS
Analysis & Recommendations : Use Veepee data (Collect data through the creation of tagging plans, analyze and interpret data) and provide insights and recommendations. Adapt your analysis depending on the context and current problems (seasonality, business, …) Present analysis results clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Relevant Dashboard : Participate in the construction and maintenance of relevant dashboards and analysis, in collaboration with the Data teams, that will help the Front and SEO Marketing teams to follow the business efficiently. To build, maintain and follow up an alerting system to identify any performance issue.
Performance Analysis : To build and maintain an alerting system to identify any performance issue, to highlight the latest trends (good or bad) and bring additional information that could help to adapt the strategy and to optimize the customer journey.
Data referent of the Front Marketing team : Entry point for all the product performance topics coming from all the marketing team as well as from the Group Data team. Closely work with Data teams (Data Analytics, Data science, Data governance) to define the Front needs to apply them according to the Data group and marketing guidelines.
👉 MUST HAVE skills
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or Data Science.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related analytical role.
Proficiency with key tools: you are a skilled user of product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and data visualization software (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker Studio).
You are recognized for your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting and reporting on key insights.
You stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
You are highly detail-oriented and able to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is essential for this role.

SQL knowledge and Big query usage are a plus (or appetite to learn)

You will join a team of 2 BPOs, in charge to define, prioritize, and coordinate the business needs to improve the user's experience.
We are the owner of the Front roadmaps at a group level, coordinating and consolidating inputs from a wide range of different teams, from IT teams to UX, Data science,legal, finance, logistics, commercial or operational; and currently managing 4 Compass Plan Initiatives (2025)
