Job Description
As an HR Business Partner (HR-BP) for Finacle, you will play a pivotal role in driving business-aligned HR strategies and initiatives. This role offers a comprehensive experience in HR business partnering, with exposure to incentive plan evaluations, goal sheet reviews, and other business-specific activities. You will be the primary HR point of contact, responsible for resolving employee issues and grievances in alignment with company policies and the progressive disciplinary framework.

- Manage end-to-end HR deliverables across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations and employee relations.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and practices to employees.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, conducting regular interactions to address concerns, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
- Handle behavioral, disciplinary, and ethical matters, including counseling and performance-related discussions.
- Recommend and implement initiatives that promote a progressive and vibrant work culture.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and refine policies that align with business goals and organizational values.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation of strategic HR plans, projects, and initiatives that add value to both the business and its employees.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Document and analyze feedback from skip-level meetings and focus group discussions, providing recommendations to business leaders.
- Proactively identify and address trends such as attrition and disengagement, taking ownership of change initiatives.
- Continuously re-engineer HR processes to enhance business value.
- Establish systems to effectively resolve employee queries across all HR domains.
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a premier institute.
- 10-15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong functional expertise and deep understanding of HR management principles.
