Job Description:- Assist with face-to-face student enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Manage student enquiries received via designated inboxes, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
- Process student requests including certificate collection, reprints, and documentation distribution.
- Update and maintain accurate student records and notes on the Learning Management System (LMS) and Sharepoint.
- Support the mid- and end-of-semester results process, including results processing, release of results, mid- and end-semester reporting, and the printing and distribution of certifications and transcripts, through coordination of various learning management and student management systems.
- Support course and unit database management, class timetabling, facilities management, and system rollover each teaching period.
- Support student evaluations in consultation with the Student Engagement and Success Manager, including the issuance of intervention and study plans, as well as identifying at-risk students through the at-risk rating system.
- Provide administrative support to academic and student services teams, as required.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of student events, orientation, and graduation activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve student issues or escalate as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data security, and institutional policies in all student interactions.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager or delegate.

Previous experience working in administrative or student/academic services function in an education setting is highly regarded.
