Location: Springfield, Missouri
Pay: $15.00/hour – Paid Weekly
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role

Join our team this 4th Quarter as a Seasonal-Flex Warehouse Associate! You’ll play an important role in picking, packing, and shipping kitchenware orders during our busiest season. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

This is a flex position: you’ll be assigned a home shift and supervisor (either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Sunday), but may be asked to pick up additional days as seasonal needs arise.

Shifts

• Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM until finished
   
• Thu–Sun: 6:00 AM until finished
   

Note: End times vary depending on order volume. Flexibility is key—you’ll go home when the work is done, not at a set hour.

Seasonal Requirements

• Blackout periods apply throughout the 4th Quarter – time-off requests will not be approved during peak weeks.
   
• All associates are required to work Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
   
• The only day we are closed all year is Christmas Day.
   

What You’ll Do

• Pick items from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment.
   
• Pack products carefully and accurately for our customers.
   
• Load and unload shipments as needed.
   
• Rotate through different tasks so you can jump in wherever the team needs you.
   
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
   

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
   
• Walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods.
   
• Climb ladders and reach overhead to pull products.
   
• Use basic tools like box cutters and scanners safely.
