To strengthen our HR team located in the U.S., we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager who will play a key role in guiding our company through transformation and supporting leaders and employees in embracing change.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change strategies, plans, and tools across global initiatives.
• Guide and coach leaders, project teams, and change agents to successfully drive change.
• Design and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to build change readiness.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and feedback loops to ensure smooth adoption.
• Strengthen organizational change capability and foster a culture of leaning and adaptability.

Your qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in change management in international organizations
• Degree in Organizational Development, HR, Communication, or related field
• Strong project management expertise and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Resilient, structured, and self-driven personality with strong stakeholder management skills
• High team orientation and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (German/French a plus)
