To strengthen our HR team located in the U.S., we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager who will play a key role in guiding our company through transformation and supporting leaders and employees in embracing change.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change strategies, plans, and tools across global initiatives.
- Guide and coach leaders, project teams, and change agents to successfully drive change.
- Design and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to build change readiness.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and feedback loops to ensure smooth adoption.
- Strengthen organizational change capability and foster a culture of leaning and adaptability.
Your qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in change management in international organizations
- Degree in Organizational Development, HR, Communication, or related field
- Strong project management expertise and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Resilient, structured, and self-driven personality with strong stakeholder management skills
- High team orientation and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (German/French a plus)
