We are seeking a Fit Coordinator Assistant to support our technical design team. This role is primarily administrative and focuses on data entry, organization, and sample tracking—no fashion background required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with fit schedules, racks, and sample preparation.
• Maintain logs, Excel and Word workbooks.
• Track and process outgoing samples.
• Support cross-team communication with production, sales, and design.
• Help keep calendars and office organization up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of data entry or office work experience
• Must be efficient and quick thinking
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.
• Clear communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask.

The salary range for this full-time position is $55,000.
