RN BSN Salary bei SportsMED Orthopaedic Surgery & Spine Center

SportsMED Orthopaedic Surgery & Spine Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join one of our Orthopedic surgeons, Dr. John Walker. Dr. Walker specializes in hands and upper extremities, and he works out of our Huntsville, Madison, and Athens offices.

- At least 3 - 4 years of experience as an RN in a surgical specialty office setting or acute post-surgical patient care setting.

- Great communication skills with fellow clinical team members and patients.

- Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama.

- Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Willingness to travel among SportsMED’s clinic locations and flex time to support other physicians’ clinics, as needed.

- Experience supporting both physicians and physician extenders (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant)

The RN will work alongside providers in the clinical setting. While the providers are in surgery, the RN will perform administrative tasks in the back-office area.
