WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Corporate Accountant, you will take ownership of a variety of accounting functions that help drive our financial accuracy and business success. Each day, you’ll draw on your technical expertise, sharp attention to detail, and collaborative mindset to deliver accurate, impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing bank reconciliations of complex, high volume transaction bank accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Posting manual journal entries.
  • Preparing month end journal entries.
  • Performing monthly reconciliation for a variety of general ledger accounts.
  • Functioning as a backup to daily treasury functions and reporting.
  • Preparing monthly financial reporting for a large manufacturing partner.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 1 or more years of relevant accounting work experience preferred.
  • Strong 10-key by touch data entry skills.
  • Strong understanding of a general ledger.
  • Experience with account reconciliation.
  • Understanding of GAAP.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to learn new computer systems and business partner website applications.
  • Experience in the accounting department of an entity with multiple companies is beneficial but not required.
