Aerial Supervisor bei MPN Level

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide communication and direction to the crew members
• Performing all responsibilities of aerial lineman
• Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
• Understand separation and clearance regulations
• Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely manner
• Conducting daily walk-throughs
• Keep detailed record of work activity
• Ensuring DOT documentation
• Conducting weekly toolbox talk and daily safety sheets
• Maintaining and submitting require reporting
• Follow all company and departmental procedures and regulations including all safety requirements
• Other duties assigned

Essential Education and Qualifications:

• Experience with Aerial coax and fiber construction
• Valid Driver’s License

 Preferred Skills:

• Valid Class A License (CDL)

 Physical Demands:

• Work in all weather conditions
