Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent in alignment with DOXA’s rapid growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong sourcing capabilities, and communicates effectively with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in building talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and representing DOXA’s culture, benefits, and opportunities with confidence.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

- Execute innovative recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates in partnership with hiring teams, including pipelining and engaging with local community contacts and partners.
- Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from intake meeting, job posting, and candidate sourcing/screening to scheduling interviews and supporting managers through offers.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake to offer stage.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, using advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide candidate feedback and updates to the business in a timely manner.
- Utilize Paylocity recruiting software to manage and monitor positions effectively.


Stakeholder Partnership

- Partner closely with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business priorities.
- Assist in job description creation with the business as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Represent DOXA’s brand by effectively communicating company culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Confidently conduct offer calls and guide candidates and hiring managers through the offer process.


Talent Pipelining & Strategy

- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Identify creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract and engage top talent.
- Track recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Partake in miscellaneous talent projects such as the Intern Program, Talent Insights, and other People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements

  

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience across a variety of roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent DOXA in candidate interactions.
- Comfortable conducting intake calls, offer calls, and managing candidate relationships through the hiring process.
- Experience in building pipelines and sourcing for future hiring needs.
