Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate/Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From shipping and receiving inventory to staging orders and transporting products between our warehouse and showrooms, you’ll keep the flow of products safe, organized, and on time. Safety is always our top priority, whether inside the warehouse or out on the road.

What You’ll Do

• Shuttle/transfer product between warehouses as needed usually (1-4 times a week)

• Pick and deliver Retail store replenishment orders weekly

• Conduct dump runs as needed to keep the rear of the Downs warehouse organized

• Pick, pack and ship E-Store orders daily and fulfill monthly auto-ship orders

• Ensure outgoing shipments meet quality and compliance standards

• Complete put-aways of chems and accessories upon receipt once received

• Unload big ticket item trucks to back up the warehouse team

• Pull daily orders for the delivery crews as needed

• Transfer warranty parts from Lowell to Downs 

· Operate a forklift to complete warehouse duties

· Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all team members

· Assist with facilities maintenance and production as needed

· Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma or GED

· 3+ years of related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education/experience)

· Valid driver’s license and DOT with a clean driving record

· Ability to lift 100+ lbs throughout the day

· Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods

· Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)

· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

· Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

· Willingness to work extended hours as needed

Physical Requirements

This is a very active role. You’ll regularly be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout your shift. Must be able to frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
