What You'll Do
- Support Operational Excellence: Assist the store manager in streamlining daily operations.
- Provide Leadership: Work closely with the store manager to lead and motivate the team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-focused environment throughout the store.
- Performance Management: Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and work towards objectives.
- Team Development: Supervise employees, provide training, conduct appraisals, and take corrective action.
- Sales and Marketing: Contribute to achieving sales goals through guiding and providing feedback to the team.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a pivotal point for resolving issues and concerns raised by employees and customers.
- Additional Tasks: Engage in additional tasks and initiatives as needed to ensure the store's overall success.

Requirements

- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50lbs
