The Talent Acquisition Partner promotes career opportunities within the organization. This relationship-driven Partner will influence others, navigate change, and work both collaboratively and independently driving for results and ensure high-quality outcomes.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting from intake, sourcing and offer acceptance.
- Partner with and influence hiring managers, keeping hiring priorities on track and aligned with business need.
- Coordinate candidate assessment and selection process, ensuring a collaborative approach within the culture, current need, anticipated need, strategic plan.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a highly competitive market, balancing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.
- Integrate internal applicants into recruiting processes and oversee Employee Referral and Internal Job Posting programs.
- Provide consistent communication and follow-up to ensure timely decisions and positive candidate experiences.
- Ensure the integrity and marketing of the AAA Northeast employment brand.
- Assist in developing staffing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Specialized coursework and training in Human Resources programs
- 3+ years experience recruiting successful professional and managerial staff in the local markets; ideally supporting roles in complex or highly regulated industry
- Working knowledge of ATS technology, sourcing techniques, recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead conversations and set expectations
