WHAT YOU’LL DO
The core duties of an Associate Director, Project Management at BioVid currently involves:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
- Allocate resources across projects and monitor workload to balance efficiency with quality.
- Partner with leadership to identify and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance project delivery.
- Play a central role in project management including timeline allocation, budget accountability, vendor procurement/ management, fielding execution and data management, providing expert guidance to internal team members and clients.
- Partner with research teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Consult with project teams to understand study objectives and provide guidance on BioVid standards, compliance requirements, appropriate methodology and path to project success.
- Assist in the development of best-in-class project materials, including screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, reports, and info graphics.
- Immerse yourself in all quality control processes and data processing activities across data collection & management and report production.
- Play a meaningful role in the training and development of junior staff.
- Play a meaningful role in cultivating BioVid’s company culture and evolution by participating in organizational initiatives (e.g., committees, innovation, client relationship building).
