What you´ll do
- Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
- Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment
- Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
- Collaborate to explore test method, product, and process improvement opportunities
- Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products
- Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer and project requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with polymer emphasis
- Experience with polymer synthesis, characterization, and testing is preferred.
- Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data.
- Great attention to details and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments.

The salary for this role is $60,300.00 - $95,800.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
