THE JOB:
At Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, every guest interaction matters. As a full-time Guest Experience Specialist, you will help shape how guests connect with MGM Resorts by turning feedback into action and ensuring every interaction reflects our world-class standards. From monitoring internal Guest Experience Shop programs to crafting thoughtful responses to online reviews, your work will elevate service quality and create memorable experiences guests carry with them long after their stay.


THE STARTING RATE: $18.43 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Day Shift | Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:00pm

8:30am - 4:30pm

9:00am - 5:00pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist in managing the internal Guest Experience Shop program, including reporting, analysis, and recommendations

  • Conduct on-going internal shop evaluations to assess service standards

  • Collaborate with leadership across properties to address service challenges and drive improvements

  • Provide recommendations to enhance luxury shop programs supporting Forbes and AAA-rated properties

  • Review guest feedback across multiple platforms (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, etc.) and respond with professionalism and care

  • Analyze guest insights and prepare reports highlighting key trends

  • Partner with the Guest Experience Manager and property teams to strengthen service delivery

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Brings 2+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Demonstrates strong communication, writing, and analytical skills

  • Stays detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused when addressing guest concerns
