Description

IQVentures is looking for a Senior Mobile App Designer with the versatility to design across mobile, web, and brand mediums. The ideal candidate has extensive experience crafting intuitive and engaging iOS and Android app experiences, but also brings a strong eye for web, brand, and marketing design. You’ll use both traditional design tools and modern AI-powered platforms to accelerate creativity and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the design of native and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Translates business requirements and wireframes into intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Collaborates with developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
• Creates responsive website designs and digital assets that align with brand identity.
• Contributes to branding, marketing campaigns, and presentation design across the IQVentures portfolio of companies.
• Leverages AI tools for prototyping, image generation, and accelerating design workflows.
• Experiments with emerging AI solutions to improve creative output and efficiency.
• Works closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to define and deliver features.
• Maintains design consistency and quality across brands and platforms.
• Stays ahead of design and technology trends, especially in mobile UX and AI-driven design.
• Must follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures. 

Requirements

Experience:

• 8+ years in professional design, with a strong focus on mobile app UI/UX.

Skills:

• Demonstrated success designing engaging, user-centered iOS and Android apps, plus work in web and brand design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).
• Ability to work across mobile, web, and brand mediums.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance innovation with usability and brand consistency.
