Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.

Responsibilities:

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Execute advanced supervisory leadership including strategic scheduling optimization, payroll management, inventory intelligence, procurement excellence, and comprehensive team member development through performance coaching and mentoring.
  • Partner with Cleanliness & Facilities teams to ensure lodges and plazas maintain pristine presentation standards that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence.
  • Master inventory management and procurement strategies, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Drive proactive cost management and labor optimization by analyzing daily business metrics and implementing strategic adjustments that maximize profitability.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing complex guest relations and team dynamics during high-pressure situations with composure and strategic problem-solving.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate exceptional supervisory excellence through positive, proactive leadership, strategic management capabilities, and transformational coaching skills that inspire peak performance.
  • Master dynamic multi-tasking and strategic focus management while consistently achieving the position's core objectives under pressure.
  • Excel in empathetic listening intelligence and diplomatic problem-solving to understand, clarify, and resolve complex concerns from team members and guests.
  • Embody hospitality leadership philosophy in every interaction, approaching all encounters with genuine warmth, professional excellence, and hospitality-focused service that creates extraordinary experiences.
  • Obtain and maintain Washington State Food Worker Card certification to ensure the highest standards of food safety and public health protection in all culinary service operations.
  • Secure Washington State MAST (alcohol servers permit) certification to demonstrate professional competency in responsible alcohol service and regulatory compliance excellence.

Wage and Benefit Info:

The wage for this positions is: $28.00-31.35/hr + Tips

This is a non-benefited role.

All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).  An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).

All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.

All Team Members may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week
