About the Role:
Join our close-knit leadership team at Corus Health as a Business Office Manager in beautiful Albuquerque, NM. You'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations, office systems, and administrative workflows to help our agency run smoothly — all while being supported by strong, mission-driven leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the agency’s financial performance
- Analyze trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage billing processes and help optimize revenue cycles
- Oversee daily office operations and supervise clerical staff
- Lead record retention, supply management, and workflow design
- Recommend and implement new systems and process improvements
- Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and reporting
- Support recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of office staff
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through
- Flexible and adaptable — able to lead through change with confidence
- Familiarity with medical billing, Medicare/Medicaid preferred
- Comfortable with financial software and general office technology
- Experienced in managing people, processes, and office systems
- Clear communicator and collaborative team member
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- College degree or equivalent experience
