Your Role as a Caregiver / CNA:

As part of our team, you will: Provide compassionate, in-home care as directed by the Case Manager Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (AIDLs) Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation? Monitor and report client condition changes Maintain documentation and follow agency policies Support clients in living independently, safely, and with dignity!

Requirements

• Must be employable in the United States
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• A compassionate and upbeat attitude
• Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
• Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
• A love for the senior community
• Possesses a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Car insurance preferred but not required
• Willing to maintain skills through continued education
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards

Work Environment

• The Caregiver will provide services in the homes of their assigned clients
• The Caregiver may also provide services to clients in a hospital, rehabilitation, or assisted living setting
• The Caregiver must be willing to work on an hourly basis
