YOUR PURPOSE
The Endpoint Specialist is the technologist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the lifecycle of endpoint devices and systems. This role ensures seamless, secure user experiences across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software platforms. A key focus is driving automation, modernization, and user-centered solutions to enhance productivity and digital workplace efficiency.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Shape the Experience
- Drive the modernization of endpoint management project through Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Design and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and deployment rings
- Drive automation in provisioning, deployment, and decommissioning of devices
- Implement zero-touch deployment strategies and enterprise mobility solutions
- Evaluate hardware/software needs annually and recommend standards that align with evolving business needs
Optimize and Secure
- Administer and enhance endpoint security tools and scripting for efficiency
- Ensure synchronization across endpoint environments and platforms
- Test and validate new software, operating systems, and hardware for compatibility and compliance.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and perform monthly audits
Support with Impact
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and operating systems
- Provide start to finish support via phone, email, Teams, and ticketing system
- Review tier 2 and 3 support tickets before escalating
- Participate in on-call rotation to support extended service hours
Document and Advise
- Develop and maintain documents for procedures, standards, and recovery instructions
- Ensure software licensing and security compliance
- Mentor Desktop Support Technician II’s
- Serve as subject matter expert on endpoint technologies on projects

COMPENSATION

Our pay values are reflected in our compensation philosophy which rewards individual performance and the potential to contribute to our teams’ overall success long-term.
The full pay range for this position across all the states in which we hire is $64,117 - $99,381 annually. The figures shown represent the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s experience, education, and skill level.

Requirements
EXPERTISE YOU NEED
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in computer science or related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Minimum five years’ experience in IT support with a focus on endpoint management.
Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, and other endpoint or mobile device management platforms
- Strong scripting knowledge (i.e. PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or PHP)
- Strong familiarity with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and networking (wired/wireless/security)
- Experience with enterprise service management ticketing systems and desktop imaging
- Proven track record in supporting and managing Apple devices across diverse environments
Certifications:
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+, required
- Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) or Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Association (MD-102), required

To perform the essential functions of this position an employee must be able to meet the following workplace demands: ability to converse with others, detect sound, identify and detect objects, count, read, write, operate a computer, handle and feel objects, reach with hands/arms and be stationary and/or stand and/or move for long periods of time. Occasionally an employee will lift/pull/push and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and be able to maintain balance doing these activities. Position requires sound reasoning, good judgment and ability to apply knowledge toward work activities. The noise level is moderate and typical of a normal office environment.
