Before and After Care Facilitator bei Orchard Farm School District

Orchard Farm School District is looking for team members to join our Before and After Care program for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful team member's primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that advance all areas of children's development and learning, including social, emotional, intellectual, and physical competencies.
• Maintaining an orderly physical environment conducive to the optimal growth and development of students.
• Working with individuals and groups of students to support academics and behavior management.
• Learning new skills, having flexibility, and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with students, peers, parents and staff members.
• Establishing rapport with families regarding their child's progress.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Before and After Care Lead Facilitator.
• Complying with State of Missouri licensing regulations to safeguard the health and safety of children in the program.
• Participating in professional development related to position.
• Maintain accurate student attendance.
• Supervision to ensure visual and auditory awareness of children at all times to ensure their safety. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working with school-age children. 
• High energy and a desire to work with school-age children, and effective oral and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
