The Automation Analyst role is focused on streamlining processes with automation tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, within Gallagher’s global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). This individual contributor position plays a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition technology landscape by enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality through automation. The role involves collaborating with HRIS, recruiters, TA leadership, and other operational support groups to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of recruiting technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will effectively navigate a large, complex organization, adapt swiftly to changing circumstances, and proactively address challenges as Gallagher continues to grow its global presence by attracting top talent.
We are looking for a skilled Automation Analyst to assist in managing and optimizing our talent acquisition technologies through automation. This individual contributor role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our recruitment systems. The position involves partnering with HRIS and other internal stakeholders to drive compliance and efficiency in our talent acquisition processes. Additionally, the Automation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the creation of Agents in Teams and maintaining documentation to support the agent work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, effectively prioritizes tasks, thinks creatively to solve problems, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Cómo lograrás un impacto:- Coordinate across functional groups to review and interpret business issues and needs to develop accurate Business Requirements.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Suite tools.
- Work closely across internal business groups and Technology and external vendors to ensure successful integration and operation of automation tools.
- Complete technology testing alongside vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful release of updates.
- Perform requirements analysis and evaluate business processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead multi-functional group reviews of issues and processes to successfully drive initiatives to completion.
- Complete documentation of initiatives and communicate status and results.
- Ensure initiative documentation is complete, accurate, and stored for validation and auditing.
- Develop training material and job aids for automation tools and processes.
- Gather critical information from meetings and assist in developing and communicating reporting to business groups and management.
- Ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements.
- Effectively manage projects including developing plans and monitoring performance.
- Prioritize initiatives based on regulatory, financial, and customer impact, escalating as necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison between stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating keyword mapping and candidate care responses in Paradox.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements and optimizations.
- Define and document business requirements for new initiatives or projects.
- Work with HRIS and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users on automation tools and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and process optimization.
Acerca de ti:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish Required. Portuguese preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with automation tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Experience working to support Talent Acquisitions teams a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as PowerBI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Paradox.
