Part-Time Evening Client Support Specialist

Greenwich, CT | Onsite | Monday–Thursday, 4:45pm–9:00 p.m.

Overview: Family Centers, a private nonprofit organization in Fairfield County, is seeking a Part-Time Client Support Specialist to join our outpatient mental health clinic in Greenwich. This role is vital in ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for as they access behavioral health services.

As the first point of contact, you will create a positive experience for individuals and families seeking help, while keeping clinic operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, compassionate, and service-minded, this is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in your community.

The Role:

•    Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues in person and over the phone.

•    Check in clients, schedule appointments, and process payments.

•    Support behavioral health service delivery programs through accurate data entry and administrative tasks.

•    Assist with clinic operations and other office responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

•    At least one year of related experience in an office environment

•    Strong computer and data entry skills.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

•    High attention to detail and organizational skills.

•    Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.

Preferred:

•    Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued).
