SodaStream is seeking a dynamic Consumer Insights Lead for supporting Flavours Portfolio
The ideal candidate will possess strong qualitative and quantitative skills, excel at translating data into deep-rooted insights, and develop learning plans to support key business priorities. This individual will be a passionate advocate for the consumer's point of view, a strategic business partner, people-leader and drive consumer-centric thinking organization-wide.
Responsibilities:- Lead insights activities within the Global Flavours Category Team for SodaStream to address business needs related to buying and usage behaviour, branding, communication development
- Work with the Flavours Category team grow the category: Develop the Long-Term Flavours Pipeline rooted on consumer trends and insights
- Define and lead Long Term strategic plan (PSP) and short-term growth agenda (AOP) that drives business growth ahead of the competition
- Drive a consumer-centric culture, building a strong sense of empathy.
- Influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure consumer centricity in commercial plans
- Liase with broader Pepsico Ecosystem especially International Beverage teams to adapt learning’s on beverages category
- Develop consumer lead scorecard to measure Share and CLTV for the SodaStream Flavours Brands
- Apply a variety of analytical techniques to perform root cause analysis and build hypotheses that feed into actionable strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights into product development, marketing strategies, and business planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of consumer insights and analytics.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA or MS will be a strong plus.
- 10+ years of advanced experience in a similar position (marketing research, consumer insights, etc.).
- Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to integrate consumer insights into broader business strategies.
- Ability to design research trajectories to answer strategic questions and manage complex research projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovative solutions.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- A collaborative team player; self-motivated, takes personal accountability for results and performance.
- Familiar with key research tools and programs: retail measurement services, household panel data, equity measures
- Able to incorporate analysis from several data sources to inform business decisions
