The Advancement Department is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to provide temporary, part-time support during the fall event season. This role will assist the Development Team in planning and executing a variety of events, including alumni reunions, leadership donor receptions, and special Masses.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and execution of fall events.
Support event logistics by preparing materials such as nametags, signage, and guest lists.
Help organize and manage event supplies to ensure readiness ahead of scheduled activities.
Attend events as needed to provide onsite support with setup, registration, and guest services.
Collaborate with team members to maintain event timelines and track related tasks and communications.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in event planning, development, or nonprofit operations. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
Compensation Range: $15 - $20/hourly
