Your role
Reporting to the Practice Head of Design Operations and Strategy for Wealth Management Americas (WMA), this role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of seamless and effective Advisor and Client journeys across all touchpoints and channels. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that every step of the Financial Advisor and client experience is optimized to enhance satisfaction, increase engagement, and drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed user journey maps to visualize and understand the user’s experience across different touchpoints, regularly updating these maps to reflect changes and improvements for a seamless and consistent user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, engineering and analytics, to understand perspectives to inform recommendations to improve journeys
• Map customer data, feedback, and analytics to journeys (e.g., NPS, CSAT, alignment with strategic OKRs).
• Work with UX researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable insights into Advisor and Client needs and pain points

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $85000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
