We're looking for a product owner to:
• Support our Money Movement and Transaction Monitoring Team in the as the product owner for finance, reg reporting and risk initiatives within the program
• Bring subject matter expertise in payments, treasury, reg requirements, intraday liquidity management and credit risk
• Follow agile methodology to manage and deliver the complex book of work across control functions
• Support the group by collaborating across various business functions to deliver functional designs that will operationalize new payment methods
• Build detailed money movement flows that reflect requirements across business, finance and operations.
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents for operationalizing business workflows and build traceability and deliverables through agile tools such as GITLAB and JIRA
• Support data governance initiative for building data lineage and establishing data quality checks for control functions
• Collaborate with testing teams for building crew test strategy and conduct end to end testing of the control functions build
• Provide updates to leadership on the health of the Pods and raise RAID items

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• experience as a product owner for leading complex business transformation initiatives
• ability to manage the book of work agile methodology
• ability to write python programs to automate the testing and validation processes
• ability to demonstrate leadership skills while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business, operations and technology
• ability to write detailed functional requirement documents and use cases
• experience with digital strategies and IT platforms
• ability to identify automation opportunities
• ability to manage system testing, E2E testing and user acceptance testing
• understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
