Position Summary:

Performs a wide variety of activities which include moving and transporting non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse or facilities, loading and unloading trucks, staging jobs, recording inventory statuses and various other related activities. 

Position Responsibilities:
 Provides a variety of operational support which will include moving and transporting material and staging jobs in our press room and finishing production areas.
 Performs other duties which will include moving material throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks and banding skids.
 Provide a variety of operational support which will include staging jobs in assigned area of production, cleaning scrap, and recycling materials.
 Dispose of broken pallets in appropriate location.
 Assist with unloading trucks, moving stock to and from loading docks, and distributing materials as needed.
 Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
 
Qualifications- Experience, Skills, Education & Training Required:
 Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
 Requires previous experience operating pallet jack and forklift equipment.
 Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as outlined above.

Physical Requirements

 Push, pull, lift, or carry up to as much as 25 pounds occasionally
 Lift up to 25 pounds to shoulder height occasionally
 Must be able to stand for long periods of time 

Work Environment

 Regularly works near moving equipment
 Noise level in the work environment is moderately loud
 May be advised or required to utilize personal protective equipment including, but not limited to; ear protection, eye protection, lifting equipment, and safety shoes
