The Shipper is responsible for ensuring the proper disbursement of received and processed goods throughout the facility. Responsible for loading and unloading of all materials shipped to and from the facility. the quality expectations established through all stages of production should be maintained by working closely with the manufacturing and quality departments to detect and eliminate potential problems that would adversely affect product quality or receipt/disbursement timelines. 

The expectations and job duties include following instructions for safely handling of materials and wearing proper PPE. responsible for loading and unloading of trucks, vans, rail cars, etc. Job duties include preparing shipping and receiving documents, properly labeling incoming and outgoing materials, secure gaylords to skids, confirm weights of materials, transfer bulk materials from trucks or rail cars to receiving silos, transport product samples to QC lab, clean rail cars for shipment, clean holding tanks and Bulk Material Transfer Systems as well as perform routine maintenance. Other responsibilities include repackaging materials, preparing rail siding for rail movements (move pipes, draw bridges, etc), seal rail cars and bulk trucks for shipment, inventory all materials in Shipping warehouse, haul hose and attachments from the top of the rail cars, obtain samples from remote rail car siding and maintain safe and clean working environment.
