Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
- 5 to 10 years Relevant ServiceNow developer experience
- Business Communication and strong knowledge on SDLC process
- Good control on ServiceNow core development concepts:
- Strong ServiceNow base structure knowledge (table dictionary. etc.)
- Update sets
- Client side and Server-Side scripts and associated concepts. Strong knowledge on scripting.
- Good control in integration concepts
- Having good knowledge on Automation activities.
- Strong knowledge on service catalogs workflows flow designer and automating flows.
- Service Portal Knowledge (Agent workspace is optional but preferable)
- Implementation knowledge on ITSM and NON ITSM modules. (Non ITSM modules includes HRSM, CSM, GRC, Facility…etc.).
