Easterseals Florida is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Support Specialist position in Tampa for our Incredible Years program. The Incredible Years program supports families with children from birth to 8 years old, providing group therapy sessions to aid in child development strategies. The Family Support Specialist will facilitate parent/guardian group and in-home sessions and child group and in-home sessions and ensure the compliance and overall successful achievement of grant deliverables.

A Snapshot of what you'll do:
- Facilitate parent/guardian and children group and in-home sessions during varying hours throughout the day, evening, and weekend.
- Work with community agencies and coordinate agency collaboration
- Market the Incredible years program to community agencies and families
- Assist in and attend community outreach events at schools, family information fairs, open houses, disability resource events, and family nights
- Establish a comfortable group environment
- Encourage positive group interaction, keeping the focus of the conversation on the situation or issue
- Support the objectives and philosophy of the Incredible Years program
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, early education, or related field
- Minimum three years direct experience in a related field
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken, written, and read
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Detail-oriented self-starter who can efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- An energetic and professional individual who will promote a positive, respectful, and team-based environment
- Ability to meet Easterseals Florida's approved driver requirements since travel is required
